Alvanley Parish Council Strategic Plan outlines the council’s vision, objectives, and projects to guide community development and governance for 2026-27.

Purpose and Scope

A parish council strategic plan serves as a roadmap for the council’s activities, helping to prioritise projects, allocate resources, and engage with residents. The plan ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment with community needs.

Alvanley Parish Council inline with their Strategic Plan are currently looking to work on some of the following initiatives:-

• Bulb planting in the Autumn
• Tree planting
• Replacing the 3 stiles for kissing gates in Alvanley
• New village notice board
• Welcome letter/pack to new residents to include walks, maps, local information, emergency numbers etc
• Whip tree planting around the area.
• Resident survey
