Purpose and Scope

A parish council strategic plan serves as a roadmap for the council’s activities, helping to prioritise projects, allocate resources, and engage with residents. The plan ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment with community needs.

Alvanley Parish Council inline with their Strategic Plan are currently working on the following initiatives:-
