Alvanley Parish Council
The Parish Council has established and works in accord with a number of essential Policies and Procedures as appropriate. These are necessary to ensure the Parish Council meets its statutory, legal and moral obligations to represent the residents of the parish and to safeguard its assets. These also help provide a consistency and quality of approach.
The documents are formally reviewed annually.
Within the documents, references are made to Employees. It should be noted that although the Parish Council only employs one member of staff, for insurance, training and some other matters this definition also includes Parish Councillors, volunteers and third parties as appropriate.
