Alvanley Parish Council is currently looking for two councillor’s and one could be you!

The Parish Council is a motivated group of volunteers wishing to make a difference in the area where they live. They meet a minimum of six times a year.
To stand for election on a parish council, you must:
- be a UK or Commonwealth citizen
- be at least 18 years old
- be an elector of the parish for the whole of the previous 12 months,
- have occupied (as owner or tenant) land or other premises in the parish.
If you do become a parish councillor you will have to sign up to the Parish Council’s Code of Conduct.
