Alvanley Parish Council to Attend Cheshire West and Chester Annual Conference
Alvanley Parish Council is pleased to announce that Chair Jeanette Hughes and Vice Chair Dave Gilbert will be representing the residents of Alvanley at the annual Cheshire West and Chester Council Conference next Wednesday.
The conference provides an important opportunity for parish councils from across the borough to meet with elected members, officers and community representatives to discuss key issues affecting local communities. It also offers valuable insight into current initiatives, funding opportunities and future plans that may benefit residents of Alvanley.
Jeanette Hughes and Dave Gilbert will attend on behalf of the Parish Council to ensure that the views, concerns and aspirations of Alvanley residents are represented and heard. They will also use the event to gather information, share best practice with other councils and explore opportunities that could help enhance the parish.
Jeanette Hughes, Chair of Alvanley Parish Council, said:
“It is important that Alvanley has a voice in discussions that shape local services and community development. We look forward to engaging with colleagues from across Cheshire West and Chester and bringing back ideas and opportunities that could benefit our residents.”
Dave Gilbert, Vice Chair of Alvanley Parish Council, added:
“Representing the residents of Alvanley at this conference is a privilege. We are committed to ensuring that our community’s interests are recognised and that we continue to seek opportunities to improve and enhance village life.”
Following the conference, the Parish Council will provide residents with an update on the topics discussed and any opportunities or initiatives that may be of interest to the community.
